Making art is all too often an isolating experience, even moreso with rising costs of living and the prevalence of using social media to network and market yourself. Feeling disconnected is a difficult experience that can provoke further struggle with motivation, creative blocks, and harsh self-criticism. In this interpersonal psychotherapy group open to all creatives, we will explore these themes and more while forming connections based on honesty and vulnerability.

The Artist's Therapy Group is an eight week interpersonal psychotherapy group co-facilitated by David Heliotis, LPCC and Jennifer Williams, LMFT. The group will meet in person at David's office in South Berkeley, 1 block from Ashby BART.

2915 Martin Luther King Jr Way
